Director of Bands
Mr. Clint Raburn is a native of Byron, GA where he graduated from Peach County High School in 1991. Mr. Raburn attended college at Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA. While at Georgia College, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education in 1995. In 2000 Mr. Raburn earned his Master's Degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, IL. Mr. Raburn began his teaching career in Louisville, GA. in 1995, teaching at Louisville Middle School and Jefferson County High School. In 2000 he was selected as STAR Teacher for Jefferson County. He taught there for five years until he returned to Milledgeville in 2000 to become the Director of Bands at Baldwin High. He was also selected as the 2009 STAR Teacher at Baldwin High School. Mr. Raburn is a member of GMEA and MENC where he has served as Honor Band Organizer, District Band Chair and is currently the GMEA District XI chairman.
Mr. Raburn has been married to his best friend and wife, Amy, for 14 years and they have four sons Bryce, Preston, Maddox and Jude.
