Director of Bands
Mr.
Clint Raburn is a native of Byron, GA where he graduated from Peach County High
School in 1991. Mr. Raburn attended college at Georgia College in
Milledgeville, GA. While at Georgia College, he earned his Bachelor's
Degree in Music Education in 1995. In 2000 Mr. Raburn earned his Master's
Degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago,
IL. Mr. Raburn began his teaching
career in Louisville, GA. in 1995, teaching at Louisville Middle School and
Jefferson County High School. In 2000 he was selected as STAR Teacher for
Jefferson County. He taught there for five years until he
returned to Milledgeville in 2000 to become the Director of Bands at Baldwin
High. Mr. Raburn has been married to his best friend and wife, Amy, for 11 years and they
have three sons Bryce, Preston and Maddox.

Assistant Directors
Mrs.
Courtney Pilgrim grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania, but moved down
south in 1998 where she graduated from Eagles Landing High School in
2000. Mrs. Pilgrim attended college at
Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Ga. Upon
completion of the Bachelor of Music Education degree in December of
2005, Pilgrim accepted her first teaching position at Oak Hill Middle
School, teaching General music for grades 6-8. The following year she
became the Assistant Band Director at Baldwin High School in
Milledgeville, Georgia. During her first year at Baldwin High School,
Mrs. Pilgrim began a county-wide fifth grade band program by teaching
classes at all four of Baldwin County’s elementary schools. Mrs.
Pilgrim has recently earned a
Master’s Degree in Music Education at her alma mater, Georgia College
and State University in 2007. Mrs. Pilgrim and her husband Gator Pilgrim reside
in Eatonton, Ga.
